Pohutukawa Coast Half Day Tour - $90After catching one of the ferries from down town Auckland, (pier 3) your driver guide will meet you at Pine Harbour. Enjoy the stunning drive along the Pohutukawa Coast, named after the beautiful flowering trees fringing it's shoreline.*Pickups also available from other locations by arrangement  The Pohutukawa Coast includes the
seaside villages of Beachlands and Maraetai, and regional parks ofDuders Beach and Omana. A
morning coffee and muffin is included at the Bach'in Cafe Maraetai. We then follow the Wairoa River inland to Clevedon, for some wine tasting and time to shop for that special souvineer from locally made gifts and artists. While every Sunday from 8.30 am-12 noon is the Clevedon Farmers Market. I'ts then a picturesque drive back to Pine Harbour via Whitford, stopping at Prenzel, maker of Schnapps, liqueurs, friut brandies and more. This tour is of course very flexible and you may like to take extra time to visit The Whitford Bird Garden or Ayrlies Garden (admission fees).
